How difficult is it to force custody to a grandparent, We want custody of our grandson. His father has custody. (our X son in law.) We feel he is doing a very poor job. Thank you, Carol

Gaining custody against a parent's wishes is difficult. You may wish to consider requesting grandparent visitation. If you already have a substantial relationship with the child, a schedule of visitation is likely to be granted.
