Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

If i got a divorce and my ex and i have two children together and i get re-married and my husband is in the army and we get stationed overseas can i move with my husband and my children overseas legally? I have a third child with my current husband and i think that it would be worse off for the kids for them to be seperated from they're sister as well and they're mother (me). I have primary custody and i have had primary custody the last 2 years. How can i legally move with my children? If my ex is against it?

It may be possible for you to move with all three kids. However, you may be financially responsible for the two kids to fly back for visitation with their father. You should meet with the atorney that represented you in the divorce, to discuss the specific custody and visitation in your particular situation. If you got divorce out of Kansas, then you may want to meet with a new family law attorney in Kansas. Many offer low cost or free initial consultation.

Good luck
