Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Can a divorce decree be reviewed if one party has been using the other parties credit & name to charge a large amount on credit card after the divorce settlement has been finalized? The guilty party is also receiving spousal support from the other party. Wondering if the spousal support could be stopped due to the misuse of the other parties credit. Jl

Teh stolen identitity and misuse of credit is the same as if it were a nonspouse (or ex spouse) did it. The injured party may sue their ex for tort damages. The mount they get by judgment, could offset their support obligation.
