Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Divorce degree received in 1993 with monetary award. Not paid. Revived in Kansas court November 1999. still not paid can I request to have the order revived again, or is there a time limitation?

Based upon the facts you described, you had until the 2008 anniversary date of the revival to get it revived/reinstated again.
