Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

My divorce papers say that when my youngest child turns 18 I will no longer be paying child support, but he is planning to go to a junior college in the fall; if his mother wants more child support, how will that be done?

You may not be required to contribute to your child's college education. But, that will not prevent you from paying voluntarily.
