Divorce Question

I need to know if I am divorced yet. I know he lives in Miami Florida. How can I find out?

How you can get the information you are looking for depends upon who filed for the divorce and where. If you believe your husband filed for divorce in Miami, you can call the Dade County Clerk of the Court and someone there should be able to assist you.
