Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I was divorced in the state of Kansas in 2008. My ex still owes me about 2600 dollars. I have never been paid yet. How would I go about claiming this money from her? Would I need to get another lawyer?

Some divorce attornies handle collection cases, most do not. Ask your attorney if they will represent you in the new case to collect the debt from yrou ex. If not, then contact acollection attorney. Let me know if you need a referral.
