Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I am divorced and have a vehicle that is in mine and my ex-husbands name I currently can't do anything with this property without him present or a p.o.a. and he is not cooperating what can I do to get this resolved?

It sounds like you need to either buy out his interest in the vehicle, or bring a declaratory suit to quiet title to the vehicle. If their divorce decree says you get the vehicle, you shouldn't have to pay him anything, and he might be ordered to pay your court costs and attorney fees for refusing to sign over the vehicle.
