If the couple was married when the child was born, the baby is presumed to be tht of the husband. In order to seek support from you, th emother woudl have to allege that the child is no ther husband's and that you have parental rights to visit and have say in th eupbringing of the child. If the couple intended to have child using your sperm, it is unlikely that they coudl successfully obtain a support order from you. This does not prevent them from trying though.
