Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

If my ex-husband is putting my kids in dangerous situations such as leaving them alone in the car while he goes into a store, is there anything I can do about it? He has not provided them with a bedroom or a bed in the last three years since we have been divorced. He refuses to allow them to call me when they are crying because they are scared. The list goes on and on.

If you honestly believe the children are being neglected IR abused, you may report it to the appropriate authorities. Consider where you are getting your information. If you spread rumors, by speaking I'll of his parenting to other than the appropriate authorities, it could be used against you in a case by the father.
