Ex-wife not doing her part of divorce decree

Responsibility for a $4,000 debt was taken by my ex-wife in the divorce decree. I recently checked my credit report and found that she has done nothing about this, which has severely damaged my credit (it shows as in collection). I am paying her $300 a month for 31 months for debts paid and am up to date on this. I would like to sue for damages if possible plus force her to pay the debt.
