Failure to exercise parenting time

My husband and I have joint cust. of his 3yr old son. His sons mom has moved 3 states away, did not give notice and has not seen him for 6 months. What do we do now?

You could file a motion with the court for sole custody and/or a motion to modify her parenting time so as to have it only if it is supervised. I can help.
