Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

If my female partner and I (also female) are going to have a male friend donate sperm for us to conceive, how do we go about making legal proof of him giving up all wants and rights of the child? He has agreed to put what is needed into writing, we just want to make sure it is legal just so down the road he cannot try to claim the child as his.
