Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

If I find out that the father of my child lied about his income while our child support worksheet was being done AND in fact has 2 jobs what can/should I do?

You may be able to fiel a motion to amend, or possibly for a finding of contempt. You should consult direclty with the attorney that hndled the support case, or some other attorne in y9our area. They can give you more detailed advice that is relevatn to the particulr facts of your situation.
