I need help finding a minor
Is it possible for me to locate a person who is a minor and may be in a foster home? She is a friend of mine whom I lost contact with a couple of years ago. I am now an adult but she is not for the next 5 months.

If your friend has visitation with their family, you might contact them to see if they can arange for you to be included in their visits. If they do not se their family, or they won't help you, you can contact the DFS office in the County where your friend was taken in to Foster care from. Tehy might get your message to yor friend's social worker. Other than that, the system is set up to prevent people form being abel to hunt doan foster children. It may even be illegal to do so.
