Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Can I give up my rights to my children. My exwife was unfaithful several times and I am not sure they are mine. They don't want to see me and I'm tired of my ex's threats. I am just tired of all this, but was told that until she remarries I can't give up my rights. I live in KS. Thank you.

You can give up your right to visitation, custody, and being kept informed as to medical care. But, until they are adopted by someone else, you can't give up your obligation to pay support. But. If you can disprove paternity, you may avoud paying support.
