Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Good Morning. My son and his Babies mama signed court approved paper stating they would not receive child support. He has one daughter and she has the other. She moved from my Son's home into another Man's home. His family is very wealthy. They have a son together. The state is requesting my son pay child support because she has file for food stamps in Kansas.

Unless your Son seeks to.get custody if the other child (Mom says she can't support her) he will likely owe support to the State for the assistance provided to Mom and child.
