my son and his x are not together anymore they had abinding agreement between them now she wont let him have his son.so we dont see him what are ouur rights

If the grandparents have already established a substantial healthy relationship with the child, the court may grant grandparent visitation independent of any time that the non-residential parent may have. Consult an experienced family law attorney to seek a grandparent visitation order.
