grandson
at what age ( and not talking about legal age 18), can he come live with me, if he stays in school and doesnt get into trouble,what does the law say in winfield kansas about this?

Until he is eighteen and/or graduated from high school he is still under the Court's jurisdiction and you are bound by the current Court Order. It has nothing to do with how he behaves.
