harassment

the ex-wife of a man that I am seeing calls me frequently and says vulgar things, threatens to take me to court(for what, I don't know)and seems to follow me some. She shows major signs of being unstable. What can I do?

1) Make a police report immediately.

2) If the situation continues, seek a Protection From Stalking Order from the court.
