Harboring a minor
If two young kids(a 18 year old and a 16 year old) runaway and arent found untill the 16 year old is 18. Could the other 18 year old be arrested for the crime he comminted before the minor had turned 18?

If you are worried about the criminal ramifications of your actions, perhaps you should speak with an attorney away from this public forum.
The answer to your question depends a great deal on which state you are living in, what "crime" you committed, and the relevant statute of limitations on said crime.
