Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Hello

I was wondering what my legal right would be concerning my daughter. My daughter was borin on sept. 1, 2009 she was borin in Arkansas all though I live in Kansas. Things did not work out with the babies mother and I was wondering what my rights are as the biological father. She will be living in Arkasnas only 10 minutes from my parents. I was wondering what my options might be?

Since yoru daughter was born and lives in Arklansas, your question is really amatter of Arkansas Law. You need to consult with an Arkansas attorney. You might be able to repost your question here, but with a different state selection.
