Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I am a housewife with no money of my own and I need to get a divorce. My husband is staying somewhere else and we have a 9 yr old. My other son and his family lives with us and without my husband's check we can't afford to live in our house. I can't afford to get a divorce. I don't have a job because of issues with my back and neck. I need some suggestions on what to do.

If your husband refuses to support you, the only way to compel him to provide support is by a court order. That means a divorce or legal separation will have to be filed. If necessary, our office does accept credit cards. You should try to take some action before your bills become overdue and your living arrangement is threatened.
