Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas
My ex husband is trying to get a no contact order for my daughter on my live in fianc�e who is also the father of my unborn child. He is a felon and has drug charges but no violent crimes or anything in the last 4 years. Can my ex do this?

The judge will have to evaluate the potential harm to your daughter based upon the totality of the evidence put before the Court. If your boyfriend was charged, but not convicted, then there would have to be other evidence of imminent danger to the child.
