Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

My ex husband typed up a statement himself changing full custody from myself to him and had me sign it in front of a notary. Is this legal and binding?

Without seeing the document, it is impossible to determine it's efficacy. But, if you no longer agree with it, inform him (in writing) as soon as you can. You should probably consult directly with a family law attorney, in your area, to determine your options.
