Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

My husbands attorney is issuing a subpoena for my text messages. I have used my phone for yahoo messenger at times too. I'm wondering if he will have access to those messages also, or if it's just the texts.

The wording of the request and subpeona determine what messages need to be turned over. If there is loose wording, it may include your IM messages as well as cell to cell texts. Have your attorney evaluate the request and Subpeona
