iam a father of a 5 yr old son my son lives with his mother until she smoked some crack she give her rights 2 her father now he is trying 2 get full coustdey of my son here in Kansas I have been getting him every weekend until now I have always got him everything he needs I still do I still pay child support I pay 4 his life insurance I have been in prison b 4 can the grand parent take my son from me we r still going 2 court

You need to consult direclty with a family law attorney in your area. If you cannot affird one, the Court that the grandfather fiel din should provide you with one. You need advice form an atotnrey that has access to all the relevant facts, much more than you were able to provide here.
