Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I know of no law that makes it criminal to allow a thirteen year old child to be at apublic park without you during daylight hours. If there is curfew in the area of the park, or the child is not of a sufficient menatl or physical condition to be able to care for themself, it might be criminal to leave such a child alone in a park. The facts and tghe applicable local ordinances will conrol whether a crime or violation has been committed.
