Is it illegal for a sibling to sell your puppy which your still paying for and your siblings friend takes it without asking and threathens to call the police if you try to get it back?

Your siblign cannot sell what they do not own, or have authority form teh owner to sell. If the fried had any idea or notice that the siblign did nto own the puppey, then they cannot get true title to the dog. The owner should call the Police to go with them to retrieve the puppy.
