Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I want to kick out my Domestic Partner

My boyfriend, and his 2, sometimes 3 kids have lived in my home for a couple of years. My boyrfriend for 5 years. I am the only one on the mortgage. He and the kids are insured through my work as domestic partner and dependents. To make things worse, we started up a lawn mowing business, and all the equipment was purchased with my good credit. Child support was waived on both sides, but we have the kids the majority of the time. No much visitation. What are my optins here?

Re: I want to kick out my Domestic Partner

You have several issues here. Common law marriage may be alleged. Equitable division of property is also involved. Make sure you understand what form of business entity is involved, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability corporation? Consult an experienced family law attorney.
