Seeing my kids

My ex-wife will not allow me to have my kids as I'm supposeto per or divorce guidelines. Because I have remarried and she doesn't like my current wife she has made it so that my kids don't like her as well. I'm paying child support but am still un able to see them I went to court to enforce it and it was granted by the judge but still she doesn't allow me to have them what can I do?

Re: Seeing my kids

If you have a court ordered parenting plan, you should take legal action to enforce it. Some larger court districts have expedited dockets for the enforcement of parenting time. If you do not take action, it may eventually appear that you did not want the parenting time. Consult an experienced family law attorney in your area.
