Is there a time limit for how long a divorce can last in KS?

I assume you are asking how long a divorce case can remain open in the court system. Although there are several administrative constraints on the case (including the Supreme Court watching each judge's caseload to make sure cases are worked on) there is no actual limit to how long a case can remain open. Complex divorce cases can last more than a year.
