Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

leaving my boyfriend, but.....

My boyfriend and I have been together for 10 years, lately hes been verbally abusive to me and my children, so im leaving! But the house that ive lived in for over 20 years is in my name, but his name is on the loan from when we refinanced. what are my options with the house? Will i loose it?? Do i need to contact an attorney?
