my why left me move to a new place and took are only car which im primary and she is secondary she hasnt paid the bill or insurance can i take the car or what can i do

If there has bene no division fo proerty by a family law judge, then you might be able to pick up the vehicle and begin making the payments yourself. You shoudl consult with the police or an a family law attorney before decidng whether to go get the car unannounced.
