If no legal custody was established in break up...will I get into trouble for not allowing visitation if believe baby is in harms way?

More likely than not, the other parent will file a motion with the court to establish custody, parenting time and child support. You might want to do this yourself to head off any problems and so that you can be more in control of the case.
