Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

So I currently live in Kansas with my boyfriend but we are splitting up. We have a 6 month old baby together and I want to move 3 hours away from where we live now to Texas. Can he accuse me of kidnapping my own child?

Absent a custody visitation Order, either parent can travel within the USA with the xhild. And, either child can seek a custody/ visitation/support aorder. Perhaps you can seek one in Texas.
