Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I live in Kansas.. Can the court decide to remove my exs parental rights due to him being disrespectful, degrading and emotional/verbally abusive towards me as well as him not maintaining regular contact and visitation though I've offered it to him several times he says he can't because he has to work or don't wanna come get him because I want to meet at a different location instead of my house as well as different "reasons"

I am unaware of a cas where a father's parental rights have been terminated, because he is not limited by the other parent. I'm most cases, the Court is involved because the parents do not cooperate. If his lack of contact reaches the level of abandonment, rights can be terminated. However, if it appears that the other parent is making contact impracticable, bthe child can be taken into foster care, and both parents would owe child support. Avoid that happening, as it is very difficult to get the child back.

Good luck
