Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I live in Kansas. I found out my husband is cheating. I confronted him and he wants a divorce. I am 4 1/2 months pregnant with his child. This is our only child together. He left the home for 24 hours and than came back saying I needed to leave he has no place to go. I stayed 2 weeks and the mental abuse from him was getting so out of hand it was affecting my health and our unborn child. I found a place and moved out. He did not help financially at all in this process. When I asked for money he'd yell. He said he was going to drop me from his medical insurance at work. He has stated he doesn't want this child. I can't afford to do all of this on my own. We are also in backrupty and the payment for that is garnished from my paycheck. He refuses to pay half of it back to me. We have 2 1/2 left on it. He has said several times before i moved out he would take are of me and the baby. He hasn't done a thing. I've tried to talk to him and he yells or don't respond.
