Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas
I live in ks and have been with my girlfriend for three years and we have a kid together. She also pays have my mortgage and half the utilities,her name isn't on the house if we break up can she get anything other than child support

If you are nto found to be common law spouses, it is unlikely that you girlfried will get ownership in teh house. Her paying helf the mortgage and utilities may be viewed as payments in lieu of rent, if there is no other agreement between you two. She may have claim for personal property that you two bought together, But, your description of your facts did not indicate any.
