Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I live in KS, been married for 3 mos, my husband and I are in the middle of a domestic dispute and he made me leave our home and is denying me of access to our 1 yr old daughter. Can he do that and what do I need to do? Thanks!

If there are no current court orders, each parent has as much right to the daughter as the other parent. Unfortunately, that does not settle parenting time disputes. If you do not come to an agreement soon, see an experienced family law attorney and seek a written parenting plan. We are here to help.
