Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I got married in Bangladesh. My husband is in Australia and got married to another girl without informing me. In this situation can I take any legal action from USA?

You can file for divorce here. You might be able to make a criminal complaint of bigamy in Australia. Either actin might get you some Court ordered financial support.
