If I got married in Kansas, worked and earned retirement in Missouri, does my husband have legal rights to half my retirement?

In the context of a divorce, entitlement to retirement benefits will be governed by the state where the divorce is filed, unless the parties have previously contracted otherwise by Premarital Agreement.
