No matter the income difference between the former husband and wife, if there is 50 : 50 custody, is there any child support involved?

If there is an income differential, some child support will probably still be payable by the parent with the higher income. If a shared expense plan is also involved, that might not be true. Contact an experienced family law attorney. We are here to help.
