Moving out of state due to health reason

I am trying to find a case where the mother had to move to a warmer climate due to Seasonal Defective Disorder. Allowing her to move with her two small children. Will a judge consider this evidence?

A judge may hear it if you can get an "expert" witness to come to Court and relate what SDD is, how it affects the mother and all the benefits it will have for the children. That is that is in the best interests of the children, not just the mother.
