What are the odds of soul custody with no visitation? My son is 3 and his dad is a homeless alcoholic and in and out of jail. He stays sober a few weeks when he gets out and then back to drinking drugging. He has about died twice this yr due to alcohol. He drinks vanilla extract and mouth wash.

It is impossible to give you accurate "odds" on a particular outcome, based upon afew facts. But, under the facts you described, you may be able to hgave visitaiton be supervised,until a significant period of sobriety is reached by the father. Please note, if the Court feels you are unjustified in your attmept to deny visitatioon, they make take that into consideration in reversing custody, once the father gets sober.
