Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I originally filed for social security disability in the state of Kansas in 2/2013. In Feb of 2014, my youngest daughter decided she wanted her dad to be her custodial parent. This was made effective in July of 2014. An order was entered for me to pay child support as though I were working, even though I am filing for disability and do not work. Is an arrearage accruing against me?

If the Order is as you say, there probably is an accruing amount that you owe. If you do get disability, while the child is a minor, they may be eligible for benefits too.
