Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas
I owe back child support I am supposed to claim 1 kid every year unless I am behind so she has claimed my daughter for the last 4 years. should her claiming the kid deduct some of what I owe her?

If you haven't provided support, there isn't really a basis for your taxes to be reduced. If you are paying some, but not all, you might make a claim to the Court to reduce your past due amount. But, it is a long shot. The Court may wait took hear your request.
