can a parent or step parent force their child to have an abortion? and the step ffather is threating to rape her if she doesnt have an abortion tormow but she doesnt want to. is there any laws that will protect her and her unborn baby from him? he is in jail right now for drug charges but he will be out in april and her apointment is tomorow. and is this grounds for her to get amancipated?

If a step parent has threatened to rape theri step child, this shoudl be reproted to the authorities, by her, as soon as possible. In the US, a child over the age of nine can usually get the assitance of a judge in getting or avoiding an abortion. She needs to petition or request that help, via a friend or counselor at law.
