parental consent to marry

my girlfriend is 17, her mom said she would sign the papers so we could get married. i cant find them. she is on probation and in a group home. if we get married she will be emancipated and she could move in with me and be done with the court system. where can i find that form?

First, how old are u? Please know that emancipation of your girlfriend will NOT free her from the court system if she is currently on probation from adjucation as a juvenile offender. Second, if she is in a group home, there may also be a child in need of care case in place. . .they will not release her from custody just because she has permission to marry. . .I think the information you have received is very faulty. . .schedule an appointment with an attorney or ask to speak w/the county attorney in the jurisdiction governing these cases.
