Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Parental Rights vs Legal Stranger

We were never married, father has 'residential' custody of child.

Father has gf take my child to doctor's appt. Does not inform me she has an appt or give me the opportunity to take her. Listed gf as other parent on school document and at doctor's office. Is there a statute I can print off showing him, her, etc., that she is a 'legal stranger' and is overstepping her boundaries by doing this?

Any other suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

Re: Parental Rights vs Legal Stranger

In Kansas this could be considered grounds to change custody. You might consider filing such a motion. This may get their attention and you may win too.
